MEET THE OWNER - YUEPENG LOR

I started my automotive journey at Pulaski H.S. in 2001. After being enrolled to one auto class, which I had zero interest in. However, I was hooked. By my senior year I was working at Don Jacobs Toyota. Eventually I moved on to Les Schwab Tires in WA, then Discount Tires in CO. I still believe these franchises are some of the best in the tire business and I learned a lot, but they are volume driven. You weren't rewarded to slow down and put extra care into a job. I wanted to change this.

In 2018 I started a new chapter. Ganba Garage was founded on a simple idea: every vehicle that rolls through deserves the same level of care and precision — whether it's a weekend track car or a daily commuter.
Ganba: derived from Japanese word Ganbaru, meaning to do one's best. It emphasizes maximum effort, tenacity, and seeing a task through to the end.
